Choose the batch

A batch is one collection in one colour, for example Manhattan in Warm Terracotta. Only items with a UPC that aren't on Home Depot yet are listed.

Check the photos

Every size needs real photos of this colour on Shopify before we create anything on Home Depot. Swatches and line drawings don't count.

Then, on Home Depot

Search for Items → by UPC. Paste the UPC list. You should get no results. If any UPC is found, stop and tell Vincent.

Build the create sheets

One sheet per size. Each size goes under its parent ("Super SKU") on Home Depot. Known parents are filled in; leave a box empty to skip that size.

Then, on Home Depot

Upload each sheet. Choose the final Upload; skip Validate.
Search the UPCs again: every item should now have an OMSID. "Succeeded" alone doesn't prove it.
Select all the new items → Download QuickSheet (the enrich template).
Search the sibling items (same collection, already live) → Export → All Maintenance Attributes.

The two files you downloaded in the last step. They stay on this computer; nothing is uploaded anywhere.

Build photos and spec sheets

Photos come straight from Shopify. Spec sheets use the sibling weights and the collection facts from Settings.

Then, on Home Depot

Images & Digital Assets → upload the photo ZIP as JPEG Image and the spec ZIP as PDF Document.
Capture the asset IDs into guids.json (the one-click capture button is coming next; until then Vincent does this).

Build the enrich sheets

Copies each item's details from its live sibling, then applies the colour, prices, pallet, photos and rules. Anything incomplete is held back and listed, never half-filled.

Then, on Home Depot

Upload each enrich sheet.
Check the items leave the Enrich tab. If any still show Onboarding after a few hours, open it and click Save & Submit.

Add to CommerceHub

Every item needs a CommerceHub record before Home Depot can finish onboarding. Values come from the enrich template, so no ID is typed from memory.

Settings

Set up a collection so anyone can run it, and keep the product facts that go on spec sheets. Changes are kept in this browser and take effect immediately — no new upload of the site is needed.

Fill this in for a collection that shows as "not set up yet" in step 1. The code is the start of its SKUs, for example MNH_TK_GLD.

Product facts for spec sheets

An empty box means "not confirmed yet", and spec sheets for that collection are refused until it's filled.

Collection

Copy rules — phrases swapped in the sibling's copy before the colour is swapped. One per line: old phrase => new phrase. {color} means the batch colour.
